INTRODUCTION:

You will embark on an adventure with a colorful band of misfits to create brand-new mobile games from conceptualization to launch. Your mission is to create immersive and compelling game experiences that millions of gamers can fall in love with. No detail is too small and no idea too ambitious! You will have excellent skills and a sharp focus towards building eclectic 2d art assets which include environments/ background art, character designs and props to join our team in Bangalore! Your art will have a major impact on the overall look and feel of this best in class mobile game

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing and implementing UI and UX for our mobile games.
• Ownership of the UI deliverables
• Being the interface with other departments (Programming, Design, QA)
• Foreseeing risks and adapting with flexibility to unexpected changes in the production
• Documenting, planning and articulating work: architect and streamlining content production pipelines
• Creating UI wireframes and finished artwork to meet the design goals of the project
• Conceptualising and executing the creation of marketing and promotional materials
• Mentoring and coaching your team members to achieve desired objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years experience designing art in gaming with atleast 1 year of experience working in a senior role with an expertise in UI/UX
• Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, lighting, and composition
• Ability to translate art into multiple styles for various types of projects
• Advanced level Photoshop Skills , Illustrator and other design tools.
• A basic understanding of games and how your art will ultimately influence the game design
• Previous mobile development experience is mandatory.
• Must be comfortable working with people, taking feedback, and working as part of a team
• Strong in Illustration, a flair for motion graphics, an interest in special effects, and the ability to put the ‘fun’ in function
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You give and take constructive feedback.
